消息面上，中手游发布公告称，向大宇资讯收购IP权益，即于所有地区(中国大陆除外)拥有与《仙剑奇侠传》系列游戏及现有及未来衍生的演绎作品，代价包括现金1830万人民币(约2013万港元)；及通过发行3800万股代价股支付，发行价1.68港元，较上交易日(11日)收报溢价140%。公司指，全面收购《仙剑奇侠传》的全球知识产权及利益将巩固集团IP游戏的生态竞争力及确保集团IP游戏策略的长期稳定实施。
