大唐新能源(01798.HK) 公布，于昨日(11日)与全资附属公司大唐新能源香港及大唐山东订立增资协议，并按彼等各自在大唐寿光的现有持股比例，向大唐寿光以现金方式增资合计1.65亿元人民币(下同)，以满足大唐寿光基地光伏项目的需要。
当中，大唐新能源增资3,306万元，大唐新能源香港增资8,265万元，大唐山东增资4,959万元。本次增资完成后，大唐新能源及大唐新能源香港于大唐寿光的股权比例将维持不变，分别继续为20%及50%。
大唐新能源表示，是次合作将有利于借助大唐山东在山东区域的地缘优势，以及过往新能源项目开发经验，提高集团在山东区域的开发效能，促进集团积极参与山东区域大基地项目建设，为后续开发山东区域新能源项目带来新机遇。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-09-11 16:25。)
