消息面上，森松国际发布公告，根据上海证券交易所于2024年9月9日发布的《关于沪港通下港股通标的调整的通知》及深圳证券交易所于2024年9月9日发布的《关于深港通下的港股通标的证券名单调整的公告》，公司股份已分别获纳入沪港通及深港通标的证券名单，均自2024年9月10日起生效。
中金指出，上半年公司新签订单31.64 亿元，同比-35.7%、环比+10%，同比下滑主要系去年上半年基数较高，环比呈现改善趋势，海外订单占比达76%，相比收入中海外占比56%进一步提升；模块化订单占比73%，较收入中占比64%进一步提升。分行业来看，日化、动力电池、油气炼化环比均有较好增长。展望下半年，公司认为国内订单有望回暖。该行认为，公司进入恒生综合指数及港股通指数，流动性有望改善。
