金吾财讯 | 第一拖拉机股份(00038)走势向好，午后升幅轻微扩大，截至发稿，报7.31港元，涨5.33%，成交额1607.31万港元。另外，对应A股一拖股份(601038)涨4.01%，报15.81元人民币，成交额1.14亿元人民币。近日，农业农村部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合印发《关于加大工作力度持续实施好农业机械报废更新补贴政策的补充通知》，其中提到，将扩大报废补贴范围，各省可在此前政策规定的拖拉机、播种机、联合收割机（含粮棉油糖等作物联合收割所用机械）、水稻插秧机、农用北斗辅助驾驶系统、机动喷雾（粉）机、机动脱粒机、饲料（草）粉碎机、铡草机等9个农机种类基础上，聚焦保障粮食和重要农产品稳定安全供给，结合实际自行确定不超过6个机具种类新增纳入报废补贴范围。新增纳入报废补贴范围的机具种类，按《通知》规定测算确定报废补贴标准，单台最高报废补贴额不超过2万元。光大证券表示，2024年8月，拖拉机指数为52.5%，比上月提升11.2个百分点，比上年同期提升4.5个百分点，位于景气区间。其中大型拖拉机指数为60.3%，比上月提升16.2个百分点，比上年同期提升11.8个百分点。该行看好农业机械需求长期提升，同时拖拉机在“一带一路”的市占率远低于挖掘机、装载机等工程机械，未来出口增长空间广阔。补贴政策从“普惠”向“扶优”倾斜，拖拉机等通用设备走向市场化竞争，“国四”标准进一步提升壁垒，龙头优势显现，行业集中度明显提升。
