Kong Sun's Power Generation Declines in January-August

Kong Sun Holdings' (HKG:0295) power generation at its solar power plants fell to 266,198 megawatt-hours in the eight months through August, from 229,681 megawatt-hours in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

At its Hubei plant, power generation slid to 17,182 megawatt-hours from 20,645 megawatt-hours in the year-ago period.

The company's shares closed 12% higher on Tuesday.
