智通财经APP讯，沛然环保(08320)发布公告，于2024年9月9日，公司与香港中华煤气有限公司(煤气公司)签订一份有关若干可持续发展及绿色能源业务合作的不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，据此公司及煤气公司原则上同意设立一家合资企业，结合双方的技术、经验、专业知识、努力及资源以发展若干可持续发展、气候变化及绿色能源相关业务。
于发展合作的首个阶段，现拟合资企业将主要从事以下四大业务分部：可持续发展及环境顾问服务;绿色建筑认证顾问服务;绿色项目及工业园开发、营运、管理及融资服务;及超级联系人服务。
公告称，集团认为煤气公司与集团成立的合营企业可结合彼等各自于若干可持续发展、气候变化及绿色能源相关业务的技术、经验、专业知识、努力及资源。
