【海富通基金换帅完成工商变更】金十数据9月11日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，海富通基金管理有限公司发生工商变更，杨仓兵卸任法定代表人、董事长，由路颖接任。该公司成立于2003年4月，注册资本3亿人民币，经营范围为基金募集、基金销售、资产管理和中国证监会许可的其他业务，由海通证券（600837）和法国巴黎资产管理BE控股公司共同持股。此前该公司发布公告称，原董事长杨仓兵因退休离任，路颖接任公司董事长一职。
