Yunnan Energy International's (HKG:1298, SGX:T43) subsidiary YEIG International Supply Chain has entered into a loan facility agreement with a China Citic Bank Kunming Branch for a revolving facility of 30 million yuan, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The group plans to use the credit facility for its general working capital and to support its distribution and supply chain business.
The company's shares closed over 6% lower on Wednesday's close.
