SIM Technology Books 72% Month-on-Month Jump in August Revenue

SIM Technology Group (HKG:2000) recorded HK$47.6 million in revenue for August, up 72.1% from HK$27.6 million in July, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong exchange said.

Revenue from its core business jumped 83.4% month over month to HK$43.9 million, while revenue from its non-core business inched down 0.5% from July to HK$3.7 million.

On a year-on-year basis, revenue from the group's core business surged 78.2% to HK$24.6 million.

The company's total revenue for the eight months ended Aug. 31 came in at HK$259.2 million, 30.4% lower than HK$372.1 million logged in August 2023.
