智通财经APP讯，中国港能(00931)发布公告，公司的全资子公司港能投资(深圳)有限公司与西安市未央区人民政府就清洁能源市政集中供冷/热项目的特许经营权(项目)签订战略合作框架协议。
集团将会在西安市未央湖片区的该项目投资最多约人民币4.17亿元，建设182.2MW综合能源站及500万平方米污水源系统，并铺设输配管网。完成建设后，集团将会获得该项目的特许经营权。
公告称，集团主要从事天然气业务及新能源业务。集团的全资附属子公司翱途能源科技(无锡)有限公司在宜兴地区从事创新能源技术产品，透过拥有的IDH智慧分布式供热平台及ICE智慧综合能源系统，向目标企业提供能源综合使用方案，从而协助目标企业省能源。
