智通财经APP讯，港华智慧能源(01083)发布公告，根据拟申请在深交所注册的资产支持专项计划，若干资产支持证券将按《深圳证券交易所资产支持证券业务规则》仅向合资格专业机构投资者发行(可能不时以储架形式分批发行)，并根据深交所的债券交易规则在合资格专业机构投资者之间进行交易。根据资产支持专项计划，集团可不时将其于中国从事屋顶光伏发电及储能电站项目业务的部分附属公司之股权及该等附属公司所欠之股东贷款(如有)出售予资产支持专项计划之管理人(代表资产支持专项计划)。资产支持专项计划是否将可成功设立及任何有关出售是否将会落实取决于(其中包括)是否可获得深交所的无异议函，及是否将可获合资格专业机构投资者对资产支持证券作出足够认购。
