指尖悦动(06860.HK) 公布，旗下直接全资附属公司FT Entertainment于早前，与多位借款人订立合共4份贷款协议。据悉，FT Entertainment同意授出合共1.4亿元贷款。
指尖悦动表示，向借款人提供贷款乃以公司于关键时刻当时的闲置资金拨资。贷款协议的条款乃由集团与借款人经公平磋商后按正常商业条款订立。各贷款协议的条款属公平合理，且向借款人提供贷款符合公司及其股东的整体利益。(js/w)
