消息面上，成实外教育近日发布公告，开元信德会计师事务所有限公司(开元信德)已辞任集团核数师职务，自2024年8月23日起生效，此乃由于其考虑包括可用的内部资源等诸多因素。
根据公司此前公布的中期业绩显示，截至2月29日止6个月，收益约5.2亿元，同比增长27.7%；公司拥有人应占溢利3160.2万元，同比增长34.5%；经调整纯利4901.8万元，同比增长29.5%。公司或于11月份发布截至2024年8月31日止年度的年度业绩。
