卡姆丹克太阳能(00712.HK) 公布，正式收到香港高等法院发出的盖印命令文本，命令撤回清盘呈请。
公司已引入战略投资者，以向Putana收购公司结欠Putana的所有未偿还债务，而战略投资者已就上述债务收购支付大部分款项。截至目前，战略投资者正处于向Putana收购公司结欠Putana的所有未偿还债务之最后阶段，惟尚有待先决条件所载若干行政程序完成。于债务收购完成后，Putana将不再对债务拥有任何权利、业权、权益及利益，而战略投资者将成为公司的主要债权人。
同时，公司正与战略投资者积极商讨，以达成具体解决方案，通过探讨各种方式(包括但不限于部分还款、债务资本化及/或延长公司将予结欠战略投资者的债务期限)来结清已收购债务。因此，董事会认为债务收购将很可能终结结欠Putana的长期违约债务。
根据与战略投资者的最新讨论及磋商，公司相信将与战略投资者达成友好的和解方案，借此将能够及时解决其负债问题，从而降低(即使并非全部)至少集团大部分的净负债。董事会将尽最大努力将公司的财务状况恢复至稳健水平。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
