智通财经APP讯，和谐汽车(03836)发布公告，公司审核委员会(审核委员会)及董事会接获中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司(中汇安达)日期为2024年9月12日的函件(该函件)，内容有关彼等辞任集团核数师，自2024年9月12日起生效，原因是本公司与中汇安达未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的审计费达成一致意见;及负责审核集团截至2023年12月31日止年度财务报表的委聘合作伙伴及审核团队已离开中汇安达，加入另一会计师事务所。
根据审核委员会的建议，北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所有限公司(北京兴华)已获委任为公司核数师，自2024年9月12日起生效，以填补中汇辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
