开源证券指出，上半年房地产市场整体回暖进度不及预期，销售回款下降也压制了房企拿地动力，头部房企销售拿地数据同比均有较大降幅。高盛此前表示，房地产项目通常在项目开工后约6-9个月将获得销售许可，开发商将购买明源云的CRM管理系统以辅助销售，意味着公司的主要产品即CRM管理系统仍与房地产行业的主要销售建筑面积指标同步。
此外，明源云近期发布中期业绩，上半年收入7.20亿元人民币，同比下降5.5%；公司拥有者应占亏损1.15亿元，同比收窄64.3%；公司同时宣布，拟斥不超5亿港元回购。国泰君安指出，公司收入端仍有承压，内部收入结构有所改善，利润端亏损显著收窄，降本增效成果显著，下游需求呈现改善趋势，AI 化有望带动业务超预期发展。
