【山姆中国COO换人，电商业务转向CMO汇报】金十数据9月11日讯，沃尔玛中国近日完成一项管理层调整：郑硕怀于9月2日起调任沃尔玛中国高级副总裁、兼任山姆会员店COO（首席营运官），担任新职位后，他也继续领导山姆会籍团队。原山姆会员店COO方晓峰调任沃尔玛中国CPO（首席人才官）。山姆会员商店的电商业务转而向山姆中国CMO（首席采购官）张青汇报。此前，该业务向COO汇报。调整后相当于，山姆的线下渠道运营由COO郑硕怀负责，线上渠道的运营则划归张青管理。
