智通财经APP讯，大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，于2024年9月11日，该公司、大唐新能源香港及大唐山东订立增资协议，内容有关(其中包括)订约方按彼等各自在大唐寿光的持股比例向其增资合共人民币1.65亿元，以满足大唐寿光基地光伏项目的需要。订约方各自于大唐寿光的股权比例在本次增资完成后将维持不变。
根据增资协议，该公司及其全资附属公司大唐新能源香港拟分别以人民币3306万元及人民币8265万元向大唐寿光增资。本次增资完成后，该公司及大唐新能源香港于大唐寿光的股权比例将维持不变，分别继续为20%及50%。
与大唐山东合作，将有利于借助大唐山东在山东区域的地缘优势和过往新能源项目开发经验，提高集团在山东区域的开发效能，促进集团积极参与山东区域大基地项目建设，为后续开发山东区域新能源项目带来新机遇。
订立增资协议将有利于推动大唐寿光基地光伏项目开发建设，符合该公司发展战略，符合国家“碳达峰、碳中和”发展目标，有利于提升该公司权益装机容量，推动该公司高质量发展。
此外，集团作为实际控股方，通过注资大唐寿光进行项目建设能够扩大该公司整体控股装机容量，进一步发挥资本市场融资能力，扩大再生产，更好地回馈该公司广大投资者。
