Datang International Power Generation Issues 2 Billion Yuan in 128-Day Debts
Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991, HKG:0991) issued up to 2 billion yuan in ultra-short-term bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The issuance, part of a two-year, 80 billion yuan bond program, has a term of 128 days and a coupon rate of 1.95%, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debts.
Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SHA:600000) is the lead underwriter for the issue while Bank of Beijing (SHA:601169) is the co-lead underwriter.
