Court Adjourns Hearing For Winding Up Petition Against Sino-Ocean Service Adjourned
Hong Kong's High Court on Wednesday adjourned a hearing in connection to a winding up petition filed against Sino-Ocean Service Holding (HKG:6677), according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The hearing has been adjourned to Sept. 23.
The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, filed the petition over the alleged non-repayment of certain guaranteed bonds.
The company's shares were marginally down recently.
