交银国际发布研究报告称，海吉亚医疗上半年利润增速低于管理层此前的全年指引，主要受到医保坏账以及其他一次性损益的影响。海通国际指出，坏账规模是影响公司盈利预测的重要因素。基于对应收账款帐龄的分析，在公司对预期信贷亏损充分计提的前提下，我们判断下半年坏账计提规模不会进一步扩大，但低线城市的支付端不确定性尚需继续跟踪。
海通国际同时指出，2024年9月7日商务部发布《商务部国家卫生健康委国家药监局关于在医疗领域开展扩大开放试点工作的通知》，拟允许在北京、天津、上海、南京、苏州、福州、广州、深圳和海南全岛设立外商独资医院。我们认为该政策进一步明确我国医疗服务高质量发展的方向，鼓励公平竞争和市场机制。海吉亚作为民营医疗服务龙头之一，旗下拥有多家优质医院资产，具备长期价值。
