智通财经APP讯，森松国际(02155)发布公告，根据上海证券交易所于2024年9月9日发布的《关于沪港通下港股通标的调整的通知》及深圳证券交易所于2024年9月9日发布的《关于深港通下的港股通标的证券名单调整的公告》，公司股份已分别获纳入沪港通及深港通标的证券名单，均自2024年9月10日起生效。
股份获纳入沪港通及深港通后，中国内地的合资格投资者可分别经由上交所及深交所直接投资于在香港联合交易所有限公司上市的股份。董事会相信，该纳入将有助于扩大公司的股东基础及增加股份交易流通量，从而提升股份投资价值及公司于资本市场的声誉，为集团提供更多的业务发展及合作可能性。
