于2020年12月14日，FT Entertainment(作为贷款人)与借款人B订立贷款协议B，据此，FT Entertainment同意向借款人B提供本金额为5000万港元的贷款B，为期4个月。根据借款人B的指示，已向天灏国际提供贷款B。
于2021年1月4日，公司(作为贷款人)与借款人C订立贷款协议C1，据此，公司同意向借款人C提供本金额为3300万港元的贷款C1，为期12 个月。根据借款人C的指示，已向大锦永银提供贷款C1。
于2021年3月29日，公司(作为贷款人)与借款人C进一步订立贷款协议C2，据此，公司同意向借款人C提供本金额为700万港元的贷款 C2，为期6个月。贷款C2乃提供予借款人C。
