智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，2024年9月7日，江苏金租发布公告，江苏金租股票已有15个交易日收盘价不低于苏租转债当期转股价格(3.05元╱股)的130%(即3.97元╱股)，已触发苏租转债的有条件赎回条款。投资者所持苏租转债除在规定时限内通过二级市场继续交易或按照3.05元╱股的转股价格进行转股外，仅能选择以100元╱张的票面价格加当期应计利息被强制赎回。若被强制赎回，可能面临较大投资损失。
2024年9月10日，公司第十一届董事会第三次会议审议通过《关于公司控股子公司广靖锡澄公司行使其持有苏租转债转股权的议案》。于本公告披露日，苏租转债转股价格为人民币3.05元╱股，广靖锡澄公司持有的苏租转债可转换1.28亿股江苏金租A股。
于2024年9月2日(即江苏金租最后公开披露其A股普通股总数之日)，江苏金租的A股普通股总数为46.01亿股，广靖锡澄公司持有3.276亿股江苏金租的A股普通股(占江苏金租约7.12%的股权)。
假设江苏金租除因广靖锡澄公司行使其持有的转股权而增加的1.28亿股A股普通股外并没有其他股数的增减，广靖锡澄公司将持有4.56亿股江苏金租的A股普通股(占江苏金租经广靖锡澄公司转股事项扩大后A股普通股约9.64%的股权)。
