消息面上，9月9日，华南城控股发布公告称，公司两位执行董事宣布辞职；其中，耿梅辞任执行董事兼集团运营总裁，郑嘉汶辞任执行董事兼香港联合交易所有限公司授权代表。同时，华南城联席主席兼执行董事郑松兴将兼任港交所授权代表，许洪霞已获委任为执行董事兼哈尔滨华南城有限公司董事长。
据悉，今年上半年，华南城实现收入12.15亿港元，同比下降51.7%；母公司拥有人应占净亏损43.11亿港元，同比扩大594%。另外，9月10日，港股通标的的名单调整正式生效，其中，华南城等33股遭剔除。
