【一线城市二手房价跌幅扩大，购房需求仍显疲态】金十数据9月14日讯，9月14日，国家统计局公布8月房价数据，相关数据走势仍呈颓势。“8月份全国70个城市新建商品住宅价格指数环比涨幅为-0.7%，相比7月份-0.6%的环比涨幅，目前该指标有所恶化。”易居研究院研究总监严跃进表示，这说明各地降价促销的力度有所加大，企业加快去库存和回笼资金的需求更为迫切。“市场此前的复苏过程遇到阻力，侧面说明淡季过程中，房企降价促销力度增大，当然也和各地放松价格管控有关系。”严跃进称，近期城市数据也说明，强一线和二线城市将成为楼市复苏的先行者，人口导入速度快、产业发展机会多的城市，市场表现会更好。
