Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) completed the divestment of a property in Singapore, known as 119 Neythal Road, for SG$13.8 million, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The property is a five-storey cargo lift warehouse and a single-storey detached factory building with a remaining land lease of roughly 15 years.
Following the divestment, the trust's portfolio stands at 187 properties, while total value of assets under management is SG$13.4 billion.
