智通财经APP讯，云游控股(00484)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司Foga Investment Limited(Foga Investment)已向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会提交牌照申请，以进行证券及期货条例项下第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(资产管理)受规管活动。
于2024年9月13日，Foga Investment 就上述牌照申请收到证监会的批文，惟须受限于相关持牌条件，即Foga Investment不得持有客户资产(定义见证券及期货条例)及仅可向专业投资者(定义见证券及期货条例及其附属法例)提供服务。
于取得牌照后，Foga Investment将能够向专业投资者提供受规管金融服务，进一步扩大集团的业务范围，这与集团多元化的业务发展策略一致，并符合公司及股东的最佳利益。董事会相信，取得牌照将有助发展集团金融服务业务及稳定收入。
