BlockBeats 消息，9 月 13 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密货币交易平台 Kraken 已要求对美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提起的诉讼进行陪审团审判，周四的法庭文件显示。
上个月，加利福尼亚州的一名法官裁定 SEC 对 Kraken 提起的诉讼将继续进行审判。这一裁决是在该机构对 Binance 和 Coinbase 提起的类似诉讼之后作出的，这些公司也面临着因未在 SEC 注册为经纪商、清算所或交易所而违反联邦证券法的指控。
美 SEC 于去年 11 月在加利福尼亚北区起诉 Kraken，要求法院永久禁止该交易平台进一步违反证券法，并寻求退还其“非法所得”及其他民事处罚。监管机构列出了 ADA、ALGO、ATOM、FIL、FLOW、ICP、MANA、MATIC、NEAR、OMG 和 SOL 代币，作为 11 种未注册的证券。
在周四的法庭文件中，Kraken 重申了其立场，否认其从事了非法行为，回应了 SEC 诉讼中的每一项指控，并提出了 18 项其他辩护理由。
