智通财经APP讯，珠江船务(00560)发布公告，广东省三埠港客货运输合营有限公司(“三埠港客货运输”，珠江内河货运码头有限公司(“珠江内河”，公司的非全资附属公司)持有40%股权的联营公司)现于中国开平市经营和管理一个内河码头(“三埠港”)。由于江门市政府为推进开平市城市建设发展规划，三埠港将会被江门市政府征收码头用地及土地上的建筑物等。于完成征收程序后，三埠港客货运输将会进行清算。
江门市政府为加快推进周边工业园区开发，现正在建设5个1000吨级泊位，占地约325亩的新港口(其中首期用地为262.32亩)(“三埠新港”)，由开平市工投货运港口有限公司(“开平货运公司”，开平市城市投资集团有限公司(“开平市投资集团”，持有三埠港客货运输10%股权)的全资附属公司)负责投资、建设、经营和管理。
于考虑三埠港被征收后，现有客户、业务及员工将转移至三埠新港承接，公司相信有关三埠新港的投资及业务可为集团带来持续及稳定的收益。因此珠江内河参与了开平货运公司于中国境内的增资项目公开招标并于2024年9月14日中标。根据公开招标的条款，珠江内河将通过增资入股方式以人民币1.14亿元获取开平货运公司51%股权(“股份认购”)。股份认购完成后，开平货运公司将成为珠江内河的非全资附属公司。
当达成条款后，珠江内河与开平市投资集团及开平货运公司将签订正式的增资入股协议。
