智通财经APP讯，浙江沪杭甬(00576)发布公告，于2024年9月13日，该公司全资附属公司徽杭公司与交工养护订立徽杭高速应急抢险工程合同，交工养护同意承担徽杭高速G56w325号高边坡应急抢险工程项目，以解决恶劣天气造成的边坡坍塌事件，保障车辆行驶安全畅通。
因连续暴雨天气，徽杭高速G56w325号高边坡发生变形，最终形成边坡坍塌事件，引起高速公路双向断流。因事件初期已采取防范措施，因此未对营运车辆造成影响。事件发生后，已采取应急措施恢复安徽方向的通行。为尽快全面恢复交通，须采取应急抢险措施。
作为交通集团的附属公司，交工养护完全了解集团的业务及营运所需，且与集团有良好沟通，从而提供更优质的服务。交工养护拥有相关的资质和经验，可向集团提供高速公路维修及建设工程服务。徽杭高速应急抢险工程合同项下拟进行的交易现时及日后均在集团日常业务过程中进行，而集团向交工养护支付的代价不会高于平均市价，亦不逊于独立第三方就类似服务向集团提出的代价。
