智通财经APP讯，中国恒大(03333)发布公告，于2024年9月12日，该公司(根据清盘人指示行事)向香港高等法院(香港法院)提呈针对CEG Holdings (BVI) Limited(CEG Holdings，公司的直接全资附属公司)的清盘呈请。安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton先生及黄咏诗女士(即公司的共同及各别清盘人(清盘人))于2024年9月12日获香港法院颁令(临时清盘人委任令)委任为CEG Holdings的共同及各别临时清盘人。
于本公告日期，CEG Holdings持有恒大物业集团有限公司53.68亿股股份(占已发行股份总数约49.65%);恒大物业集团有限公司于联交所上市(06666)，并为集团成员公司。
清盘人认为临时清盘人委任令可让清盘人保存集团的资产以便进行变现，为集团的债权人及其他持份者谋取利益。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
