智通财经APP讯，华南职业教育(06913)发布公告，于2024年9月16日(交易时段后)，岭南职业技术学院与承包商(广东集盛建设有限公司)订立施工总承包合约，承包商须就清远校区一座学生宿舍、一座教师宿舍及一个地下室的主体工程，向岭南职业技术学院提供施工服务，合约价格为人民币8834.43万元。
据悉，承包商将作为总承包商承建第14号学生宿舍、第15号教师宿舍及第54号地下室II的主体。
公告称，由于岭南职业技术学院学生人数不断增加，岭南职业技术学院的现有宿舍床位数量在不久的将来可能无法满足学生的需求。施工总承包合约项下待建的宿舍及地下室将扩大岭南职业技术学院的学生容量，从而支持其业务进一步发展。此外，新宿舍将配备更先进的设施，有助于改善学生的生活条件及提高校园安全性。因此，董事相信施工总承包合约项下拟进行的交易将促进集团的发展并提升其竞争力与市场认可度。
