智通财经APP讯，中国再保险(01508)发布公告，中国再保险(集团)股份有限公司董事会于2024年9月13日召开会议审议通过了《关于提名姜耀辉为公司第五届董事会独立非执行董事候选人的议案》，据此，董事会欣然宣布，姜耀辉获提名为第五届董事会独立非执行董事候选人，其委任须待公司股东大会批准，任期自国家金融监督管理总局核准其董事任职资格且履行公司《公司章程》规定的程序之日起计算，至第五届董事会任期届满时止，任期届满可以连选连任。
