比推消息，昨日，ZKsync 开发商 Matter Labs 首席执行官 Alex Gluchowski 宣布推出 ZKsync 治理系统，Alex 表示该治理系统不是多签，“所有计划中的升级都是由超过 37 万 ZK 代币持有者的社区直接在链上发起，而不是由某个基金会或一小群受信任的行动者发起。”
Solana 联创 Toly 在该文下发出质疑，尽管 ZKsync 声称不是多签系统，但实际上它仍然基于诚实多数假设，这意味着它与多签系统在本质上是相似的。
Toly 进一步表示，与 Solana 不同，ZKsync 的治理系统存在潜在的中心化风险。在 Solana 中，即使有足够的验证者达成共识，Circle（USDC 的发行方）的单个全节点也能够拒绝无效的状态转换，从而保护系统不受恶意行为的影响。ZKsync 的“专业安全委员会”可能面临法律风险，因为如果有足够的委员会成员受到美国破产法官的命令，他们可能会被迫将所有跨链资产置于破产信托的控制之下。
