和谐汽车(03836.HK) 公布，接获中汇安达会计师事务所日期为昨日(12日)之函件，内容有关彼等辞任集团核数师，自昨日起生效。
函件中提及，原因是公司与中汇安达未能就截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的审计费达成一致意见；以及负责审核集团截至2023年12月31日止年度财务报表之委聘合作伙伴，以及审核团队已离开中汇安达，加入另一会计师事务所。
另外，北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所已获委任为公司核数师，自昨日起生效，以填补中汇辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。(js/w)
