智通财经APP获悉，家电股早盘继续走高，截至发稿，海信家电(00921)涨3.41%，报21.2港元；海尔智家(06690)涨3.87%，报24.15港元；创维集团(00751)涨1.15%，报2.64港元。
消息面上，上海市家电以旧换新政策落地，新增扫地机等品类；北京市商务局网站也于8月26日发布《北京市加力支持家电以旧换新补贴实施细则》政策解读。此外，根据产业在线数据，2024年7月家用空调出口市场延续快速增长，出口量达到666.3万台，同比增长54.3%；销售额13.7亿美元，同比上涨51.1%，已连续12个月保持增长态势。
瑞银发表报告称，自内地于7月25日宣布加码以旧换新计划以来，更加看好白色家电。正在进行的以旧换新补贴计划效果好于该行的预期。该行之前预计最早会在9月产生效果，零售销售会反弹，因为地方政府通常需要至少一至两个月的时间来公布补贴细节。此外，瑞银预期补贴计划将延长至2025年。因此，该行认为2025年的潜在需求上行空间大于今年的余下时间。该行预期国内业务敞口较大及产业领导者的企业将受惠较多。
