智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体上涨，截至发稿，美的置业(03990)涨8.56%，报2.79港元；中国金茂(00817)涨4.76%，报0.66港元；旭辉控股集团(00884)涨4.13%，报0.227港元；华润置地(01109)涨4.12%，报20.2港元；龙光集团(03380)涨4.05%，报0.77港元。
消息面上，市场消息称，中国最早可能在9月降低存量住房贷款的利率，减轻数百万家庭的借贷成本，争取刺激消费。知情人士称，部分住房贷款可能立即下调多达50个基点；商业银行正在进行最后的准备工作，迎接即将到来的房贷利率调整。
华泰证券表示，调整具备较强的合理性，当前市场环境下，降息也是务实有效的政策。该行认为，存量房贷利率的下调会减少提前还贷人群，从而减少二手房抛压，有助于平稳价格预期，进而促进行业良性循环。
