ReWalk Robotics Renames as Lifeward
ReWalk Robotics (LFWD) said Thursday it has officially changed its name to Lifeward.
The name change, which was announced on Jan. 29, was approved by shareholders on Sept. 4, and by the Israel Companies Registrar on Sept. 10, the company said.
The company said its US and German subsidiaries changed their names earlier this year to match the Lifeward brand. Its trading symbol has also been updated to "LFWD" and starting Friday, the company will officially trade under its new name.
Shares of the medical device company rose about 3.8% in recent trading activity.
