智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，于2024年9月13日，公司间接全资附属公司深圳创维—RGB拟向买方(乐金显示(广州)有限公司)出售目标公司(乐金显示(中国)有限公司)10%股权，现金代价为人民币13亿元。于完成后，集团将不再持有目标公司的任何股权。
目标公司为一间中外合资经营企业，其主要经营业务包括生产及销售TFT-LCD平板显示、显示材料、LCD相关产品及其他电子元件、批发、进出口上述产品和零部件及提供委托代理、维修业务及提供配套服务。其主要业务地点为中国广州。
出售事项是集团对目标公司的投资的完全撤资，是集团不断努力优化投资资产组合的一部分。董事认为，从目标公司撤资将使集团能够重新分配出售事项的收益，以提高集团的流动性并为集团的其他业务运作提供资金。因此，董事认为出售事项符合公司及其股东的整体利益，以及出售协议属公平合理。出售事项所得将用于集团的业务营运及营运资金用途。
