CIMC Enric Holdings (HKG:3899) completed the issuance of its 2024 second trance of medium-term bonds at the Chinese inter-bank market on Sept. 11, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The 2024 Tranche 2 of medium-term bonds has a total issue size of 1.5 billion yuan, a coupon rate of 2.37%, and a maturity date of five years.
The company intends to use the proceeds to repay its interest-bearing debts and for its general working capital.
The company also completed the issuance of 2024 tranche 1 of super and short-term commercial paper with an issue size of 500 million yuan at the Chinese inter-bank market on Sept. 13. The said issue of commercial paper has a coupon rate of 2.02% and a maturity period of 270 days.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the said issue for repayment of its interest-bearing debts.
