CK Hutchison (HKG:0001) filed to list $1 billion worth of US dollar-denominated bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The Hong Kong-based port conglomerate filed for $500 million worth of 4.375% guaranteed bonds due in 2030 and $500 million worth of 4.750% bonds due in 2034.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on Tuesday, the filing added.
