协合新能源(00182.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司天津协合华兴风电装备、四维能源(武汉)科技、丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发、华润融资租赁，于昨日(12日)订立2份采购协议及1份融资租赁协议。
天津协合华兴风电装备、丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发、华润融资租赁订立采购协议A。据悉，华润融资租赁将向天津协合华兴风电装备购买电站之若干太阳能设备，以出租予丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发，购买价约为4.12亿元人民币(下同)。
四维能源(武汉)科技、丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发、华润融资租赁订立采购协议B。据悉，华润融资租赁将向四维能源(武汉)科技购买用于电站之储能设备，以出租予丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发，购买价为9,120万元。
丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发与华润融资租赁订立融资租赁协议。据悉，丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发将于租期内，向华润融资租赁租赁电站之若干太阳能设备及用于电站之储能设备，且丰宁满族自治县聚霆新能源开发须向华润融资租赁支付季度租赁款作为代价。(js/w)
