Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust (SGX:D5IU) has opted not to pay the distribution due on its SG$140 million perpetual securities issued on Sept. 27, 2016, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The distribution, scheduled for Sept. 27, 2024, will not be paid, and the unpaid amount will be non-cumulative.
As a result, the trust cannot declare or pay dividends on its units or redeem any of its securities until either all outstanding perpetual securities are redeemed, or the next scheduled distribution is paid in full.
