智通财经APP获悉，香港地产股普遍走高，截至发稿，九龙仓置业(01997)涨4.1%，报22.85港元；长实集团(01113)涨4.06%，报32.05港元；新世界发展(00017)涨2.52%，报6.92港元；领展房产基金(00823)涨2.09%，报39港元。
消息面上，中原地产最新数据显示，香港十大屋苑周末录得15宗成交，较上周末8宗大幅增加87.5%，成交量属今年3月下旬至今约半年新高。中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示，市场普遍预计联储局将于议息会议上宣布减息，最近市场气氛持续好转，楼市气氛亦正面，不少买家在减息前趁低偷步吸纳笋盘，带动看楼量及成交量明显回升，相信减息后楼市将持续回暖。
当前市场聚焦本周美联储利率决议，交易员正持续加大对美联储降息50个基点的押注。大摩预计，对比零售及写字楼，香港的住宅市场将更受惠于美国减息，预计明年香港住宅楼价将反弹5%，而今年则会下跌8%，即较高位下跌三成。该行估计，香港银行同业拆息每下跌100个基点，可带动香港地产发展商的平均盈利增加5%。
