《南华早报》报道，恒地(00012.HK) 旗下位于中环的甲级商业项目The Henderson日后将举办多项大型活动。据悉，该项目的36楼顶层宴会厅日后将举办香港金融科技周、香港艺术节筹募活动、设计营商周、香港大学顶尖运动员见面会等大型活动。
报道引述消息人士指，香港金管局在今年11月举办的国际金融领袖投资峰会晚宴，亦已预订The Henderson作为举办场地。
The Henderson于今年第三季度试业，早前已迎来部分早期租客，包括美国私募股权投资公司凯雷集团、加拿大退休金计划投资委员会、佳士得拍卖行等。(js/k)
