LVMH's Loewe and Kering's Saint Laurent and Balenciaga are expanding and upgrading their stores at K11 Musea in Hong Kong, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing a company statement.
K11 Musea is the flagship Hong Kong mall of K11 Group, the high-end real estate arm of New World Development (HKG:0017).
Other luxury labels planning store facelifts at K11 Musea include Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli, French jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels, and Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet.
Meanwhile, Prada is set to open a store at the waterfront mall. An earlier report by Bloomberg said the Milan-headquartered fashion house is renting an 8,000-square-foot space at K11 Musea.
The combined upgrades will double the footprint of the seven luxury labels in the mall to more than 30,000 square feet, according to the report.
