美国参议员 Cynthia Lummis（R-WY）的总法律顾问 Chris Land 作证称，SEC 以及可能的其他监管机构已为纽约梅隆银行提供机构数字资产托管服务扫清了道路。Land 表示：“纽约梅隆银行正寻求更深入地参与加密货币托管业务，他们在《会计公告》（SAB）121 方面遇到了一些问题，而 SEC 显然已经给予他们某种豁免，以便他们能够继续推进。”
