Centurion's CEO Bump Ups Stake to 58.57%

Centurion Corporation's (SGX:OU8) chief executive officer Loh Kim Kang David purchased another 300,000 new shares in the company at $0.74 apiece, bringing his stake in the company up to 58.568%, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Loh already held a direct interest in 66,168,950 shares before the recent acquisition, the filing said.

After the acquisition, Loh directly held 7.906% of the share capital of the company while his deemed interest of 425,956,126 shares stayed the same.

The company's shares were up over 3% on Wednesday's close.
