SITE Centers Names New Finance Chief Ahead of Curbline Spinoff

SITE Centers, the shopping-center owner that is spinning off its strip malls into a separate publicly traded company, has hired a new chief financial officer.

SITE Centers on Tuesday said Gerald Morgan has joined the Beachwood, Ohio, company and will become finance chief upon the closing of the spinoff of Curbline Properties, slated for Oct. 1.

Morgan previously served as chief financial officer of Four Corners Property Trust.

Conor Fennerty, who has been chief financial officer of SITE Centers since 2019, is joining Curbline as finance chief.
